I met Renia this past August when I came to Greenville with my Dad and Daughter from Colorado. We came out for only a few days to house hunt and Renia met with us every chance she could to help me find the perfect home for myself and my 2 children. Homes were hard to find and were going under contract before I could even look at them. Renia kept me calm and came up with a PERFECT house that hadn't even hit the mls yet! Because of the timing, I had to leave to go back to Colorado without ever really seeing the inside of the home. She assured me the house was a great house in a great location and So I trusted her expertise and I made an offer. I am so glad I did! She was able to get me in my house with early occupancy before my loan closed (because I had to move out early for my job) and she made everything go as smooth as possible! Absolutely the best house buying experience I have ever had!! (This is my 6th) Thank you Renia!!!!!! And......... Now she will be helping my mom and Dad from Colorado, find a house soon! Yay!!!

Renia was great! We moved in from out of town, and she toured the houses for us on Facetime. She goes the extra mile for her customers. One of the best home buying experiences we have ever had!

With the market the way it is now, it is tougher to find the perfect house. Renia warned me that most of the houses in the neighborhood I wanted to be in would sell in one day. She let me know about a house that she thought was perfect for me and my two boys the first day it hit the market. Renia was able to secure us the first showing and also told me that if I wanted the house I would need to be prepared to make an offer. There were multiple offers in this house the first day just like she knew there would be. She walked me through the process of it all and not only got me the house but kept me under my budget as well. I was extremely impressed with how hard she worked to get me the best house for the best price. I have to say I will never use another real estate agent other than Renia Trickett for sure!
