A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Renia earned her double major in Real Estate Finance and Management & Entrepreneurship, graduating magna cum laude. This strong academic foundation has fueled her deep expertise across the real estate spectrum—including new construction, resales, land development, investment, and commercial property.
Renia began her career as a Broker Associate and eventually became the Broker-in-Charge and owner of Pinpoint Realty, where she successfully led the firm for over five years before merging under the Keller Williams umbrella. In 2017, she expanded her focus, seamlessly bridging both residential and commercial transactions with Profound Real Estate. Currently she is a proud Broker Associate at the Rosenfeld Realty Group and the leader of The 864 Team.
